Big/Little Sibling Mentorship Program
Current Status: The Big Sibling/Little Sibling Mentorship Program has been officially approved, and is currently recruiting its big siblings (aka, current M1s) for the fall. Once the recruiting is over, the incoming M1s, will receive a consent form to join and will apply to be a little sibling.
Purpose: The Big Sibling/Little Sibling program is a student-run initiative that was created with the intention of easing the transition to medical school and fostering a strong relationship between incoming medical students and upper year medical students. Big Siblings will provide advice, guidance, support, and of course, friendship as the Little Siblings get used to life as a medical student. Ultimately, we hope that through this program, you will make connections that will last a lifetime.
